Rules and Regulations for Students
At Vivekananda Vidyalaya Matric. Hr. Sec. School, we believe in fostering a disciplined and respectful environment for effective learning. To maintain decorum and uphold the values of our institution, we have established the following rules and regulations for our students:
Regular and Punctual Attendance:
Our trust actively engages in various educational programs and initiatives, providing scholarships, conducting workshops, and supporting educational institutions to fulfill our mission.

School Uniform:
Students must attend school in the prescribed uniform only.
Personal Grooming:
Boys should maintain a proper haircut.
Girls should have two plaits properly tied with ribbons.
Dress Code:
Indecent garments are not allowed during school hours.
Respect and Obedience:
All students should obey and respect teachers, parents, and elders.
Language Usage:
Students are required to speak only in English within the school premises.
Classroom Etiquette:
Changing classrooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
Discipline:
Strict discipline is expected from all students within the school premises.
Cleanliness:
Students should keep their classrooms clean and tidy.
Property Preservation:
Spoiling or defacing furniture and walls is strictly prohibited.
Jewellery:
Girls are prohibited from wearing gold items of jewellery.
Belongings:
Students are responsible for the care of their belongings.
Homework Submission:
All homework must be completed and submitted on time without fail.
Class Attendance:
Students are advised to attend classes, tests, and exams punctually with the subjects well prepared.
Holiday/Vacation Return:
Students should report promptly back to school on the re-opening day after the holiday/vacation period.
Attendance Requirement:
All students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance during the academic year.
