We appreciate your partnership in ensuring the well-being and academic success of your wards at Vivekananda Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School. To facilitate a harmonious learning environment, we kindly request your cooperation with the following instructions:

Regular and Punctual Attendance:

Ensure that your ward reports to school regularly and punctually in a neat and tidy uniform with well-polished shoes. Students not in proper uniform will be sent home after two reminders.

Homework Routine:

Encourage your children to do their homework regularly. Consistent practice at home enhances their understanding of the subjects.

Communication Protocol:

Parents/Guardians are requested not to deal directly with the teachers regarding any complaints. Please contact the Principal/Incharge and represent the matter for efficient resolution.

Daily Diary Check:

The school diary must be brought daily by the pupils. Parents are instructed to check the diary daily and sign it as an acknowledgment.

Re-Tests and Re-Examinations:

No re-test or re-examination will be held in case of absence. Regular attendance is essential for effective learning.

Avoid Pressuring for Petty Functions:

Parents are advised not to pressurize the school authorities to allow their children for minor functions like birthdays, family marriages, etc.

Stay Informed:

Be in constant touch with the school authorities to know your ward’s progress. Respond promptly to inquiries and attend teacher-parent interactions whenever called for.

Provide Necessary Materials:

Kindly provide your ward with all necessary prescribed textbooks, notebooks, and required stationery items.

Permission for Leaving Premises:

Pupils will not be allowed to leave the school premises with anyone other than parents or guardians unless they produce a proper requisition letter and satisfy the principal.

Update Contact Information:

Any changes in the address and phone numbers must be intimated to the school immediately.

Parent-Teacher Cooperation:

Close cooperation between parents and teachers is essential for the integral development of the child.

Exam Schedule Adjustments:

Due to unavoidable circumstances, if any exam day is announced as a holiday, the exam will be conducted at the end, after all exams are over. The next day's exam will be conducted as per the timetable.

Attendance on National Days:

Attendance on National Days like Republic Day and Independence Day is compulsory. Absence without prior approval may invite disciplinary action.

Timely Fee Payments:

Parents should ensure that all prescribed fees are paid within the stipulated time.

Your support in adhering to these instructions is crucial for the overall development and success of your wards. We look forward to your continued cooperation.
